Lead Service & UX Designer

We are looking for an independent and proactive Lead Service & UX Designer who takes overall responsibility for the digital customer experience in our B2B interfaces. In this role, you will be involved in shaping the entirety of our digital customer communication — from first contact, through the buying journey and all the way into the logged-in applications.
You will be the one who ensures that customer experience, tonality and visual expression are connected across our entire suite of applications and touchpoints so that they are experienced as a coherent whole. You will work strategically and operationally, from early insight phases to developing concrete concepts and components that create a unified, modern and engaging expression at every stage of the customer journey.
In addition to your overall responsibility, you will be a dedicated UX designer for one of our development teams working on one of our customer platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive experience and a consistent visual expression in the parts of the customer journey that take place behind login.
Your work areas therefore span areas from research and insight, to design and concept development, as well as collaboration and facilitation. Examples of activities within this are:
- Conduct both qualitative studies such as interviews and quantitative measurements
- Analyze insights from various measurements, including our annual customer satisfaction survey
- Transform insights into clear and useful visualizations
- Create and further develop concepts, flows and prototypes — from idea to detailed design
- Work in Figma and produce well-crafted design deliverables ready for development, in close collaboration with product owners, development teams and business roles
- Have regular customer contact to test hypotheses and validate solutions
We believe that you have several years of experience in UX design and/or service design and enjoy owning the whole. You are as passionate about the big picture as you are about the visual details and have the ability to hold the expression together regardless of the channel.
We see that you are independent, structured and proactive. You have a high ability to communicate clearly to many different contact surfaces and have extensive experience working with visual presentations for both management, teams and customers. You have worked in agile development environments and understand the collaboration with other roles such as product owners and development teams. In previous roles, you have experience from alternating between strategy and more hands-on design work and thrive in breadth, rather than specialization. You are proficient in modern design tools, such as Figma.
