This is your role
As a Senior Service Designer, you’ll translate our vision into inspiring, practical, and feasible designs. You’ll research customer needs, map current and desired customer journeys, and develop innovative solutions that contribute to an optimal customer experience. You’ll lead workshops, work with personas and scenarios, and develop prototypes for web, apps, and tools.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from CX, UX, IT, marketing, and communications. You’ll also help the organization embrace design thinking: you’ll demonstrate the impact of well-designed service journeys. After delivery, you’ll monitor the quality of the customer experience. Your work directly impacts how people experience PostNL.
