Responsible for working with customers to develop their digital footprint and leading a project from inception to successful delivery and continuous development.
- Responsible for front end design for various clients
- Responsible for assisting a banking institution with designing and launching a new AI powered service for businesses to manage their money
- Assist government health service in researching and designing a new national app and several other core digital health services
- Also responsible for digital services for a major national logistics firm
- Work collaboratively with clients to design amazing products, services and experiences.
- Additional could be assigned
Required Education/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Have at least 5 years of thorough knowledge of UI/UX design (thinking and user centered design)
- Experience leading service design projects with clients delivering outcomes, not just outputs
- Experience with different project approaches from short design sprint to fully-fledged delivery
- An ability to synthesize user insights, market data and global trends – and turning them into great service experiences
- Collaborative mindset to work with clients, users and other teams to frame the problem, explore options and design a solution that balances user needs, business requirements and technical constraints
- An ability to join the dots, tell the story of the project and make the complex clear
- Experience producing high-quality service design artefacts such as personas, ecosystem maps, user journeys, prototypes and service blueprints
- Keen interest in service design best practices & topics and how to incorporate these into activities or deliverables
- Experience planning and running workshops with clients and presenting deliverables to senior stakeholders
- Interest in defining the service design process and how it might work alongside other disciplines
- A naturally collaborative and curious mind, that strives to help others shine and the team to deliver amazing things
