Senior Service Designer

Design is a big job. Whether you’re a service designer, a human-centred designer, UX designer, an industrial designer, a graphic designer, a fashion designer, a furniture designer, please stick around and consider what you might get out of coming to work with us. We are looking for designers who are, or can be, system thinkers, collaborators, excellent communicators and fearless advocates for those people who will be impacted by the services we help design.

This post will sit within our new Design and Behaviour Change team alongside other designers, business analysts and behavioural insight specialists. Part of our mission is to bring design into the organisation’s mainstream activity; the urgent demands of our changing world require us to broaden our skillsets to include the cognitive and physical capabilities that design demands, and embed them deep into our daily lives.

You will be joining the team at a time where we have begun to define who we are and the value we want to add to the organisation. It’s messy and challenging but we are driven by an unwavering desire to represent and advocate for our citizens and communities.
