About the role: This senior service designer will work with stakeholders to design complex, multi‑channel experiences that feel seamless and connected for our customers. The team will look to the senior service designer to apply skills such as contextual inquiry, service blueprinting, journey mapping, and journey management to uncover root problems and design cohesive solutions across diverse teams, stages, and channels.
