Main responsibilities:
- conducting user research (interviews, observations, analysis of customer behavior);
- analysis and interpretation of customer feedback (CSI, NPS, reviews, complaints);
- creation and updating of Customer Journey Map (CJM), process maps;
- preparation and holding of working meetings, facilitation sessions;
- visualization of research results and proposals (Miro, Figma or others);
- coordinating actions with different teams to implement improvements in service processes;
- control over the performance of one’s own tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Candidate requirements:
- from 1 year of relevant experience;
- higher education in marketing, sociology or related fields;
- understanding of service design and customer experience principles;
- knowledge of user research stages (interviews, observations, journey analysis);
- experience in creating CJM, process diagrams and visualizations;
- Proficiency in Miro, Figma or similar tools;
- knowledge of the basics of customer experience analytics (CSI, NPS) and the ability to draw conclusions based on data;
- ability to prepare and conduct facilitation sessions;
- skills in clear communication, presentation and argumentation of proposals.
