We’re seeking an experienced UX Service Designer on an initial 6-month contract with extensions for a globally recognised business with an office in central Glasgow. This role will be fully remote for the foreseeable future.
You’ll be a key member of the Web & Digital team working on large scale transformation and greenfield projects. You must have strong UX and customer research skills
You should have the following experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong design experience
- Experience conducting user research and designing the user journey map
- Experience planning and executing co-creation workshops.
- Use the available resources to prototype services.
- Design the Service Blueprint (current and future state).
