Service Designer (UX) – Manchester – up to £65K
A truly unique opportunity for a Service Designer to join a rapidly expanding company working on a revolutionary digital eCommerce platform which is about disrupt and change the face of the industry they operate in. Who now want to add a service designer to the team to help map out the market, working across the physical and digital touch points of the business with a strong focus on the user.
You’ll be joining a dynamic, forward thinking and collaborative agile team delivering on an array of different projects, bridging the gaps between teams highlighting the unknowns to help convey the end to end service of the product.
A strong background in Service Design is essential for this role as you help the business understand the digital and offline landscape and its relevance throughout the service. You’ll require excellent stakeholder management skills to helping to define processes and methodologies, to help them to continue to disrupt and be market leaders.
The role will require you to:
- Be willing to try new things, be creative and not just produce the same ordinary designs
- Experience of designing mobile apps
- Have worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary agile team
- Have a strong portfolio of work with Service Design
