Service Designer

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of our customers (internal and external) in order to shape and improve the customer experience. You’ll use service design methodology to deliver valuable experiences for both customers and colleagues.

Supporting our senior service leads and designers you will get to grips with the backstage activities and business processes that enable the front stage success and the potential for improvement and innovation, with the aim of creating seamless and quality service experiences. You will do this through collaborative methods that engage both customers and colleagues, helping Aster to gain a true end to end understanding of our services, enabling holistic and meaningful improvements.

This role will play a critical part in our service transformation journey by supporting the implementation of our technology enabler – Microsoft Dynamics.

You’ll be highly motivated with a can-do attitude.  You’ll enjoy exploring opportunities whilst continually innovating and transforming.  You will be keen to engage with our customers both internal and external to help better understand their needs, tackle business challenges, help them adapt for the future and drive innovation.

You’ll be confident in your ability to design the required interactions within a process.  You’ll have experience in testing new processes and developing quality assurance and be confident in using reporting tools.
