- Great communication skills
- Confident in running workshops and presenting research findings to non-research colleagues
- Proven experience designing User Journeys and other artefacts such as Service Blueprints
- Proven ability in creating complex wire frames
- Ability to map out information architecture
- Ability to work collaboratively within a group amongst both business and technical team members.
Nice to haves:
- Experience of coding in HTML, Javascript and similar languages
- Experience of implementing the full research lifecycle
- Evidence of conducting the full UX design process
