Service Designer

As a Service Designer for Imaginative Software, you’ll help to shape the experience of users across exciting and original global software projects.

Use your favourite design and collaboration tools to help develop new ideas into user stories and into engaging interfaces that people will love to use. Work with our enthusiastic development team to create beautiful software that will be seen in multiple languages and used by people all over the world.

We are a people-focused company, meaning collaboration and communication is critical. Within the team and with our valued clients, you’ll need a good ear and the good humour and confidence to convey your ideas simply and with meaning. These attributes rank equally alongside your skills and experience in design, which of course you will have every opportunity to showcase and develop.

It will be hugely beneficial to have a few years’ commercial experience of user experience design, and perhaps a pet project or two to show off. You’ll be an expert user of the Adobe Creative Cloud tools and one or more design and collaboration tools, maybe Figma for example.

We’re based in Norwich, UK and, although the role can be remote-based, we would ask you to make at least an occasional trip to the office in person.

Depending on skills and experience, salary on offer is £36K-£46K, with scope for rapid advancement.
