Service Designer

Our Digital team are looking for an experienced Digital Service Designer to shape the future of our digital experiences for young people.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, co-design with young people, and consult with our partners, to craft amazing digital experiences that are not only rewarding to use but also safe, inclusive and effective. Your work will make a real difference to the lives of young people – you will help them gain confidence, develop skills, and ultimately go on and thrive. We might occasionally want to run a workshop or planning day in person, but this role will be very supportive of flexible working arrangements.
