Service Designer

Your new role:

Contributing on delivering services that will positively impact people and bring value to client’s business. Analysing and directing on how the organisation needs to change to deliver more effective services through a combination of internal and externals solutions. This role is a hybrid role working remotely and in the office.

Requirements

The key tasks in your new and exciting role with us:

• Working with internal and/or external technologists and business strategists to understand and articulate clearly how services need to change from a user centred, system, and business perspective (broad vision).
• Working with data and qualitative insight, through collaboration and empathy with end users, manager and SMEs to create actionable insights.
• Collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams to design overall solutions and strategic propositions that meet the needs of users more effectively while improving business outcomes.
• Designing, building, and setting usability tests for service and product prototypes, working from sketches into quick prototypes that can be iterated with feedback.
• Defining key metrics and measurements for organisations to evaluate their impact, supporting them to use this data to iterate what they deliver.
• Contributing to thought leadership activities e.g. blogs, market scanning, articles and presenting at/ attending conferences or other suitable events.
• Helping the new business team develop and deliver proposals or pitches for new business activities.

• Being the ‘voice of the user’ during the design process and seeking to ensure people who might use the services will be empowered and supported to thrive by them.
• Skills: Design thinking, User journey map, service blueprint, Design end to end UIs/ interactions.
• Strong interest in best of breed solutions/platforms and how to deliver value through seamless integration.
