Lead Service Designer

We are looking for a Lead Service Designer who will work closely to improve the overall service experience for users or customers. You will take a holistic approach to understanding and addressing the various touchpoints and interactions that users have with a service. You will create a seamless and positive experience for users while meeting business objectives and requirements. These will all be designed around automation solutions using Intelligent Automation and AI technology.
This is a critical role for the business, as we seek to engage with our clients on a deeper level and provide them with holistic technology solutions and outcomes. As part of this role, you will work on client engagements to ensure that we are solving the right problems and building the right solutions for our clients. In this role you are not expected to be hands-on with our technical solutions but must have an awareness of the art of the possible and how technology can be used to solve complex problems.
You will work within the Robiquity Delivery Team and collaborate with multiple automation software Vendors (e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath and Microsoft). Your role will be to undertake requirements gather and provide analytical insight into the solutions that our clients require. You are required to work closely with Delivery Leads and Principal Consultants keeping current with the latest product service offerings.

- Knowledge and experience of working within a service design & user-centric approach to transformation incl. User Research, Journey Mapping, Ideation and Prototyping
- Creating services and systems designed around the user that improves the experience
- Conduct research into behaviours and pain points
- Create, lead and deliver workshops and coaching with both clients and internally focusing on delivery
- Be an active member of delivery community and share knowledge, create ideas, and embed principles of design across our private and public sector clients
- Champion iterative design, including feedback and evolving designs
- Experience working with various agile and traditional analysis techniques.
- Experience of working in both “agile” and “non agile” environments
- Demonstrated ability and appreciation of consulting methods incl. commercials.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Automation technology
- Prior experience of working with technology teams to design and deliver solutions.
- Understanding of what drives a good customer / colleague experience.
- Domain experience in either public sector, financial services, or consumer markets industries
