Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Service Designer within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong experience with service mapping, journey mapping, and service blueprinting
- Experience applying user-centred design methods
- Ability to work closely with product, delivery, and technical teams
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- GDS experience
