A bit about the role
Digital Transformation is a growing department built to make a real difference to our members in addition to drive the digital mindset within the organisation. Our team is dynamic and has a broad mix of skills. As Scouts takes its journey to be digital first we know there are exciting opportunities to improve the services we provide our volunteers, young people and their parents.
The User Experience team specifically span across a number of areas and are here to challenge the status quo in order to ensure we are building the right in the right way. It’s not about how pretty something looks but how our users feel when using it and the value it creates in solving real problems.
This role specifically will be leading the user centered design efforts on how we build a inclusive youth management tool to fit into our new digital portfolio. Our goal is to create a seamless service that works for all of our members.
