Consulting Point are currently recruiting for a Service Designer / UX Designer roles with a leading Digital Agency / Digital Transformation Consultancy.
You will get the opportunity to work on cutting edge Digital projects in an Agile environment designing the end-to-end digital products for Central Government departments following Government Digital Service (GDS) framework.
You will get involved in Service Design, Rapid Prototyping, Client Workshop Facilitation, Journey Mapping, Customer Research Methodologies, Project Management. You will ideally have experience of working in Agile / Scrum teams as a Service Designer, User Experience / UX Designer or User Interaction Designer.
You will ideally have experience translating user stories and had exposure to designing approaches or services to meet these needs. You will have expertise in guiding clients about how to engage customers via digital products in meaningful interactions and relationships with users.
You will ideally have expertise with Government Digital Service (GDS) frameworks and preferably have completed numerous GDS assessments.
You will ideally have experience of the full UX design process from beginning to end. You will get involved in designing user journeys, service blueprints and building prototypes to illustrate ideas.
Any exposure to Sketch, Axure, Omnigraffle, Protoshare, inDesign, Pop, fluidUI, Balsamiq, UXPin would be desirable.
