Service Designer

Currently working with a Wealth Management firm that are looking for an experienced Service Designer to help develop a world class product and service offering whilst also delivering on various digital transformation initiatives.
Working within a Customer Experience team you will be managing the delivery of high quality design outputs across multiple transformation programs. With a brand new digital product on the horizon, we are looking for someone to come in and help define appropriate design methodologies.
Ideally you will come from a regulated environment where you have worked on the development of customer experience through ensuring high quality design roadmaps. For this you will need to understand business processes and business maps for Back End CX initiatives.
Key Skills
- Ability to analyse trends and identify implications to existing/new strategies
- Create or build new ideas/technologies/products to expand the businesses current capabilities
- Visualse blueprints, journeys, design artefacts etc.
- Able to create high quality visualisations (Sketch, Adobe Suite)
- Experience around Service Design on digital products within an Agile environment
