Service Designer

As a Service Designer within our Digital Strategy and Design team, you will be instrumental in developing designs grounded in user needs and organisational goals. Your role will involve:

• Crafting evidence-based design concepts.
• Enhancing our service design community and standards.
• Acting as a service design ambassador, promoting user-centered services.
• Collaborating on digital transformation plans and coaching teams to realise their ambitions.
• Mapping service and user journeys, prototyping, and wireframing to innovate service processes.

Your experience in multidisciplinary teams, user research, service blueprinting, and agile methodologies will be pivotal. Your ability to communicate complex ideas, collaborate across communities, and focus on strategic, user-centered design will set you apart.
