Are you a strategic thinker that puts people at the heart of your designs? Do you enjoy helping people develop their ideas into sustainable solutions? Do you enjoy creativity exploring complex social challenges? If the answer is yes, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll work on service design and social innovation projects with the thinkpublic team, partners, and communities to research, design and launch new services and social ventures.
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
- Has experience of leading user research to identify insights and translate these into opportunities
- Experience of co-designing and developing services, experiences, communications and business propositions
- Confident at designing and running creative workshops and public engagements
- Comfortable working with ambiguity to help clients and teams find insights, opportunities and direction
- Is a people’s person that can build trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and wider stakeholders
- Experience of working within the the public and third sector, specifically within healthcare systems is desirable
- Is emotionally intelligent, creative, curious, and a lateral thinker
- Confident at managing projects, budgets and clients
- Strong written, verbal and organisational skills
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, WIX and virtual working platforms
