Job Details
- We have a strong commitment to digital transformation at Hastings Direct, at the forefront of this is our Service Design Department.
- As a Service Designer, you will play a pivotal role acting as the bridge between product, technical, process design, customer experience and operations teams. You will do all this with a holistic approach.
- You will get the opportunity to use all your knowledge to help Hastings Direct implement the required tools to enable successful services. This means exposing and visualising all our internal systems.
- Your work wont be limited to working within the Service Design team however. you will get the chance to collaborate cross-functionally within multi-disciplined teams to solve complex problems across our ecosystem of services.
Skills we would love you to have
- If you have a demonstrable knowledge of Service Design principles as well a proven track record of putting them into practice, we would love to hear from you.
- We believe a User focus is really important, so the ability to collaborate with User Researchers will be well received.
- The need to pivot and adapt is also very important, if you can demonstrate responsiveness to changes in technology, adapting your approach accordingly, then you will be very well suited for this position.
- Lastly, we are looking for a creative thinker and as mentioned above, the ability to see the big picture is key.
