Lead Service Designer

• Work with ambitious clients to design new services that create a positive impact for business, people, and planet.
• Scope, plan and lead multidisciplinary design projects with a global team of designers and provide strategic consultancy to clients.
• Ensure we turn user insights and identified opportunities into differentiating service experiences, taking both the user and business perspective into consideration.
• Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our service design solutions are delivered with top-notch quality.
• Create real business transformation for our clients and play a key role in implementing new services, processes, and offerings.
• Help with leading the service design practice in our studio and connect with our global community of service designers to make sure we evolve our practice.

We would like you to be…

• A skilled professional with well-versed experience working with service design.
• A designer with significant experience in the field of service design across different sectors, from discovery to implementation of new services.
• A visual thinker that translates complex information into models, systems, and illustrations.
• A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive – and the guts – to bring them to life.
• Confident in navigating uncertainties and working with multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and technologists.
• Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together.
• Fluent in English and – other languages are a bonus!
