As a Service Designer, you’ll be an integral part of our Corporation Experience Team whose mission is to deliver the most effortless & integrable parking SaaS for companies and employees, to be more cost efficient and productive and contribute to sustainable urban development.

Our goal is to create a seamless B2B Ecosystem that empower companies in a scalable, cost-efficient, fast, and automated way. A growth product design mindset is essential in reaching our goal.

Our design team, currently consisting of 19 members, also aspires to broaden EasyPark’s offerings into new markets. This presents significant potential to improve user experience and contribute to substantial business impact.

The broader Product&Tecnology organization includes a genuinely diverse and distributed team of over 450 talented specialists in product, engineering, design, and analytics; located across Stockholm, Amsterdam, Basingstoke, Tallinn, Atlanta and more.

What you will be doing

As a Service Designer at EasyPark, your main tasks involve collaborating cross-functionally to improve experiences for our B2B customers and also have a unique opportunity to shape how the service design competence is built and integrated within our organization. You’ll work closely with both internal and external customers to gather insights. These insights will then be turned into clear customer journeys and design concepts for our products.

You’ll team up with other product designers, product managers, and developers to create new features and improve existing ones. This involves working on how information is organized, how users interact with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer discovery sessions to reveal insights, behaviors, and requirements.

  • Play an active role in product discovery and take charge of the mitigation of usability risk.

  • Collaborate closely with teams to harmonize services with user needs and corporate goals.

  • Craft service blueprints, customer journeys, and user personas to guide product decisions.

  • Generate, prototype, and refine new service concepts and solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions involving stakeholders and users.

  • Ensure EasyPark’s business goals match customer behaviors for exceptional experiences.

  • Advocate for service design best practices and a user-centric approach and shape service design proficiency, influencing methodologies at EasyPark

  • Analyze data to enhance products and evaluate service performance.

Key Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Service Design.

  • Your strengths are in research, analysis and understanding processes.

  • You can express complex ideas through flows and prototypes.

  • Experience in collaborating within cross-functional teams, especially in a B2B/SaaS setting.

  • You have experience in working with Agile development methods.

  • You are proficient in designing workshops and facilitation skills to encourage collaboration and effective communication.

  • You can work independently, planning and executing Discovery and conceptualisation projects with tangible results.
