About the job
Axiologik are looking for an experienced Lead Service Designer to join them on one of their healthcare clients. You’ll be working directly within the Leadership team to identify opportunities and build and improve upon their current services and systems.
Day to day, you’ll be working with multiple stakeholders at all levels, technical and non-technical, whilst communicating with delivery teams about the projects. We’re looking for someone who can take complex problems and simplify these to a multitude of different teams.
Essential skills:
• Background working within the healthcare sector.
• Working as a Lead and managing stakeholders at a senior level.
• Communication – the ability to communicate and translate technical requirements between tech and non-tech teams / individuals.
• Storytelling – benefits analysis and consulting senior stakeholders on why things to be done and why it is important.
• Defining problems upfront and working with researchers etc to explore solutions to integrate into live systems.
• A product management background will be highly advantageous.
