Service Designer

Our Service Designers create meaningful and memorable experiences that engage and empower people in their everyday lives. They know how an experience should look, feel and work, and understand what customers need and want in both digital and physical worlds.

Your responsibilities will be;

· Investigating customer needs using a whole spectrum of tools, from user and market research to data analytics, to create an informed understanding of the customer, their contexts and their cultures.

· Assessing the competitive landscape while understanding patterns and trends

· Helping to facilitate a workshop with clients to create a vision for the future of their business

· Making artefacts and support in user testing, research and validation.

· Producing wireframes, sitemaps, flows, decks, prototypes, use cases, journeys and personas (in low and high fidelity).

· Use best practices to create accessible and beautiful interfaces

· Collaborate and work closely with digital business managers & developers & designers

You’d be the right fit if you;

· Have 2+ years experience in Product/Service/Design

· Bachelor degree in a relevant field

· Have a compelling portfolio of outstanding work across different platforms

· Are fluent in spoken and written English

· Stay up to date with latest design and technology trends

· Are curious and look beyond the immediate ask to dream up innovative solutions.

· Proficiency in tools for design, presentation and prototyping including Figma, Sketch, the Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Principle, Keynote and Google Slides.

· Love working with diverse teams to collaborate on an exciting challenge

· Are adaptable and flexible, able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment
