Design Studio- Senior/Expert Service Designer

We are looking for candidates that will be a part of the Design Studio Service Design Team at different experience levels ( senior, expert, senior expert) and will take different roles as Service Architect, Customer Journey Designer, and Service Process Designer.

The candidates;

  • will need proven experience in defining service design approaches including methodologies and deliverables.
  • will provide clear visibility of end-to-end service experience working closely with Product Owners and Senior Stakeholders to provide guidance in Research, Design Thinking, and the overall service.
  • will reveal the market opportunities by researching and following benchmarks, reports, and industry analysis.
  • will have knowledge and experience of both Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methods as well as an understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities

  • Development of scenarios, customer journeys, and service blueprints that describe end-to-end customer experience, touchpoints, and back-end service delivery systems that promote our products
  • Creation of Service Design Blueprints, illustrated Journey Maps, Concept Designs, Service Experience prototypes, Empathy Maps and Value Proposition Proposals for the creation of products and services
  • Analyzing customer needs and expectations by blending the data obtained from customer researches with contact channel data and creating the strategy for designing the right service models for the right audience.
  • Facilitating workshops with heterogeneous groups of clients and stakeholders.
  • Managing user research with different customer groups and direct the service design processes at these insights.
  • Experience in leading human-centered design approach including analysis, exploration, storytelling, generative research, and usability testing collaboratively with the design team and product owners
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in translating customer/user needs, research findings, and business requirements into compelling, efficient, and highly usable services
  • Proven skills in using a range of Service Design tools and methodologies
  • Collaborating with product owners and leaders to drive product strategy and the development roadmap.
  • Having excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team and with internal stakeholders
  • Evangelizing the importance of design research as part of Design Thinking and educating product teams in design research methods to help them integrate real users into their design lifecycle

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree and / solid experience and professional training in service design
  • Having demonstrated foundation in the industry-standard service design process, methods, and tools
  • Having demonstrated innovative vision supported by disciplined attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment
  • English: Fluent in both written and spoken
