What We are Looking for:

  • Significant experience designing complex service design systems for multiple touchpoints projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, Master degree is a plus.
  • Strong background in service design, customer experience, business design or a related design.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design processes such as Design Thinking methodology and passionate about solving complex Service and UX challenges.
  • Strong skills in conducting and synthesizing research, insights and findings.
  • Strong skills in structuring and visualizing journey maps, service ideation, concept communication and specification.
  • Knowledge of agile approaches and techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.
  • A solid competency in storytelling and public speaking. You are comfortable explaining your ideas to client stakeholders and to ideate the best means to present your conceptual work.
  • Love both strategy, service prototyping and hands-on UX.
  • Attention to details and organizational approach.
  • Ability to understand the impact of technology on design deliverables.
  • Be able to use whiteboard softwares like Miro.
  • A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary.
  • Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and manage the design research activities (research strategy, ethnographic based user research, secondary research, benchmark, UX research…) collaboratively with the team.
  • Plan and execute system mapping, customer journeys, scenarios and service specifications.
  • Analyze research data identifying pain points to be addressed and generating meaningful insights and behavioral patterns.
  • Design the Service Blueprint and prepare it to be presented and delivered to the client.
  • Facilitate workshops with heterogeneous groups of clients and stakeholders.
  • Define and structure deliverables consistent with project goals.
  • Create presentations and service design strategy documentations.
  • Manage user research and service design process, drive decisions, track issues, and assist in estimating resources, needs and schedules.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, UX researchers, and leaders to drive product strategy.
