Service Designer

As a Service Designer within the Innovation department, you work on the future of support for victims. You translate organizational objectives into new or improved services for victims and their loved ones. You ensure that personal and online services meet the needs of different target groups. You conduct independent research, design concepts and create prototypes to find the best solutions.
You also organize design workshops and co-create services with colleagues and partners. You coordinate the co-creations with stakeholders and ensure the implementation of the online goals and campaigns of Victim Support Netherlands. You work together with the Intake, Follow-up Assistance and Partners teams to realize an optimal client journey. One of the projects is to conduct a target group study to determine the desired information structure of the website.
Who are you
- HBO working and thinking level.
- You have at least three years of knowledge and experience in applying design thinking methodologies, conducting customer research and developing prototypes.
- You have experience in designing multi-channel client journeys based on customer and data insights.
- You are analytically strong and a conceptual thinker. You easily make connections and know how to translate opportunities, developments and research results into relevance for SHN.
- You have knowledge and skills in the field of stakeholder management. You connect different interests by listening well and looking at different perspectives.
- You have knowledge and insight into web development.
