Service Designer

UNPLUGGED Amsterdam
As a service designer you ensure that human-centered choices are made within projects. You are the orchestrator of a project and you bring the right people together. You will discover which problem we are trying to solve and ensure that the solutions really meet the needs of the target group and the company (digital or non-digital).
You understand why it is important to first speak to the target group before you come up with solutions and you know how to hook up the right people at the right time.
We search:
- Someone with a design background who can bring concepts to life and be implementable;
- You are empathetic, analytical and decisive;
- A person who leads projects from A to Z. This means that you deliver substantive work, but you can also convince stakeholders of your advice based on a good substantiation;
- A strategic thinker with some knowledge of business design;
Furthermore you have:
- 3+ years of work experience;
- Experience in conducting research and translating insights into advice;
- An expertise in developing and presenting customer journeys, service blueprints, service strategies and roadmaps;
- Experience in facilitating and leading workshops;
