What we’re looking for

As a Strategic Service Designer you combine an analytical mind with a creative brain. You apply service design and design thinking and know that your strategic advice is better supported by research.

You love to delve into abstract topics and thanks to this mindset you know how to understand the most complicated issues. You translate this into understandable insights and because you are also good at visualizing this, everyone understands this new way forward.

Where are you going to do that?

We are an agency that can’t be pigeonholed and we mix powerhouse design with behavioral science. Together with 10 colleagues, you ensure that people are central again at large and medium-sized organizations (such as NS, Centraal Beheer and Rituals).

Research and translating insights into the best innovative solutions are the areas in which we distinguish ourselves. We are empathetic and strategic, which means that we collaborate with our customers at a higher level.
