About the role of Service Designer / Team Lead
As a digital agency, we not only build the coolest websites and web applications for our customers, but we also take care of the hosting. As a Service Designer you are the point of contact for our hosting customers and you actively maintain your network. You understand the customer’s needs, understand where he wants to go and you build a stable, but also fun customer relationship. The customer trusts you, because you know exactly what is needed. He can always call you.
What are you going to do?
The Support team consists of three DevOps engineers, four backend developers and the Service Designer. In your self-managing team, everyone plays their part and you as a team have one task: to keep all websites up and running under all circumstances. That is of course easier said than done. Technology changes at lightning speed and you only really add value to the customer if you always stay one step ahead of developments. As a Service Designer you are the guardian of this objective.
What do you bring to Retina?
- You have strong organizational skills and extensive experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. You are a worthy and proactive sparring partner.
- You dare to take responsibility, but you also know when to assign responsibility to the team or to the customer.
- You have a great passion for problem solving and are a coach who can take a team along.
- Where the team sees bears on the road, you know how to create clarity so that the options become visible.
