Junior Service Designer

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our office in Rotterdam, where we work on a more humane world every day. We combine creativity, design, research and advice to help organizations deliver a great customer experience and achieve tangible business results. For years we have worked for, among others, Adidas, Zilveren Kruis, KLM and the Municipality of Rotterdam.

You work together with experienced Service Designers to improve various services that are used on a daily basis. You can think of changing your health insurance, parking your bicycle at the station and buying a car. You can also think of services within companies, such as training and retraining employees and improving internal and external communications.

Tasks you can expect are: preparing and executing workshops, making illustrations, helping to write project proposals for new clients, attending and conducting interviews, analyzing research data to gain insights, attending idea generation sessions to convert insights in applicable ideas, developing ideas into concepts and writing an insight report.

Who are you?

• WO master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. industrial design, social studies, sustainable innovation)
• Enthousiast over service design en user-centred design
• Fluent in Dutch and English
