Junior Service Designer

How do you do this?

• design and conduct qualitative design research using ethnographic and participatory methods;
• leading co-design workshops with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems;
• define the service vision, personas, customer journeys, service blueprints and build a strategic roadmap to deliver the service features and desired experience based on customer insights;
• define the design concepts for each service touchpoint in the service;
• prototype digital and physical solutions to test and learn from together with customers;
• providing specifications.

As an individual joining our team, we expect you to be comfortable working in an Agile team, collaborating closely with the client and team members. Furthermore, as a Service Designer, you possess:

• a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Service Design, Strategic Design, Social Studies) and a portfolio demonstrating successful execution of service design;
• the ability to translate research observations into critical insights and actionable recommendations;
• Experience in facilitating design workshops and presenting to stakeholders; excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
