Would you like to implement projects on customer experience, behavioral design, service design and agile working methods with a scientific foundation?

Your tasks

  • Participation in research and consulting projects with a focus on service design, customer experience management, behavioral design and consumer insights 
  • Support in the acquisition of third-party funds (federal government and companies) 
  • Taking on teaching and practice activities at the Bachelor’s and Master’s level and in further education 
  • Participation in the supervision of further education offers 
  • project management

Your profile

  • University degree (Master with at least 90 ECTS) 
  • In-depth knowledge or high affinity with questions of service design, customer experience management, behavioral economics and scaled business agility 
  • Solid experience in qualitative and/or quantitative survey and evaluation methods in the social sciences 
  • Knowledge of the application of new methods of service design, such as B. Design Thinking 
  • You have obtained a doctorate or are planning a doctoral project
