The Service & User Experience Designer is a designer with significant experience in digital, ergonomics and service design. He must be both an excellent ergonomist and an analyst who likes to solve complex problems with interfaces as elegant as they are efficient.
His passion must be communicative and must push teams and achievements to strive for perfection. He is a bridge between the client, the management, development and marketing teams. He understands and analyzes the needs and constraints of the client and proposes adapted solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collect and assess the client’s needs in collaboration with the team
- Propose methodologies and tools consistent with the client’s needs and objectives
- Highlight proposals in a presentation and communicate them effectively
- Analyze and restore user needs or uses in a qualitative and quantitative manner
- Analyze and solve problems of an existing service or product (A / B testing, Heatmap, etc.)
- Organize, conduct and deliver design workshops (framing, user needs analysis, ideation, blueprint service, concept definition)
- Analyze and model business models that are useful, sustainable and competitive
- Analyze and transform ideas into ergonomic concepts or service concepts
- Create wireframes, personas, user journeys, prototype sitemaps …
- Test the hypotheses or diagnose the existing one (expert audit, guerilla testing & user testing)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer in all aspects (research, strategy, ideation, conception, graphic design, interactive design)
- Meaningful web and mobile culture
- Significant experience in Service Design
- Very good understanding of the different phases of creating a digital product or service
- Able to estimate and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel
- Up to date with the latest business, graphic, technical and technological trends
- Perfect knowledge of Adobe, Sketch / Figma, InVision tools
- Initiative and problem-solving ability
- Good command of spoken and written English
