With its six locations, Helion is present throughout Switzerland and is a leading provider of
renewable energy systems. With innovative digital solutions and a unique customer experience, we differentiate ourselves from normal craft businesses.
To expand our young and dynamic team, we are looking for you as a Helionaut immediately or by appointment.
These are your tasks:
- Identification, conception and realization of innovative products and services with a focus on customer loyalty and sales growth
- Designing a continuous customer experience from sales to installation and service of renewable energy systems.
- Work closely with various teams to find and implement product or service innovations.
This is what you bring with you:
- Completed university degree in business administration, marketing, service design or a related field
- Experience in applying design thinking and human-centered design principles in a B2C context
- A lot of desire and practical experience to identify customer needs and implement innovative solutions from prototyping to implementation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team to convince and inspire stakeholders at all levels
