Your tasks & responsibilities
- Help Define Opportunity Areas: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define areas of opportunity, ensuring our digital experiences align with user needs and business goals.
- Craft User Journeys and Service Blueprints: Map existing and future experiences through meticulously crafted user journeys and service blueprints, guiding the evolution of our digital interfaces.
- Lead Design Initiatives: Create compelling user journeys and service blueprints that resonate with our audience, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
- Collaborative Workshops: Conduct engaging workshops, working closely with cross-functional teams, breathing life into innovative ideas.
- Developer Collaboration: Team up with developers and our UX/UI designers to transform your concepts into intuitive interfaces, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
- Innovation Advocate: Drive design evolution by identifying opportunities and integrating cutting-edge ideas into our processes.
What you bring with you
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Service Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Service Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in service design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial industry or related sectors is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-changing and growing company environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset.
