We are looking for a qualified Service Designer to join our team.
We are passionate individuals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of content excellence. We thrive on innovation, constantly seeking new and creative ways to deliver captivating content experiences that resonate with our audience.
You will play key role in driving innovation and guide us in how we create solutions that truly enhance the user experience.

This is a senior full-time position where we operate from our offices On-Site in Torslanda.

 What you’ll do

•    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance content experiences across various platforms.
•    Develop user-centered design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
•    Apply service design principles to create seamless and integrated content experiences throughout the customer journey.
•    Oversee the end-to-end content management process, ensuring the efficient creation, curation, and delivery of high-quality content.
•    Implement and optimize content workflows for maximum efficiency.
•    Create visually compelling and on-brand content designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital channels.
•    Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, and photographers to ensure a cohesive visual identity.
•    Conduct user research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

Who you are
You have a bachelor’s degree in service design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in service design and visual content design, preferably in the automotive industry.
Experience from Management consulting and/or Transformation of Products/Services is meritorious.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
