Who you are:
Are you driven by improving workflows and creating value for end users, you will find a home with us! We also believe that you share our philosophy that the best solutions are found when different skills work together. You like to work goal-oriented and are good at taking your own initiative.
We like to see that you are basically a UXer but who can also zoom out and take a more strategic approach to the user journey and like service design. You are used to leading workshops, extensive experience with needs mapping, effect maps and user journeys, as well as good experience with improvement work of work support tools. You also have an ability to transform user needs into concrete sketches and solutions and love iterative design processes.
What the position entails:
As a service designer on IT development, in addition to working in the team to develop our new archive, you will also be responsible for our common design system and component library. Here you will, among other things:
- Be responsible for meetings and work with agile methods
- Implement usage analytics and measure success
- Hold design studio or similar workshops with user groups
- Develop interactive prototypes to test design concepts
- Support in rolling out the new archive to departments at Sveriges Television
You will be part of a cross-functional team represented by all the skills needed to build advanced services and work tools. You will work closely with developers and product owners, users, and other parts of SVT. You will also work closely with other service designers and UXers with daily exchange of ideas and learning from each other.
The service is available in Stockholm. We mix remote work with meeting in the office.
