Service Designer

Region Örebro län
Duties:
You will work in both operational and strategic assignments. The work can consist of working with the collection of data in development processes, for example by leading workshops or through interviews. As a person, you need to dare to embrace uncertainty for longer periods because we know that quick solutions are not always the same as long-term solutions.
As a service designer, you will have several supporting roles aimed at driving various development and innovation efforts. Part of your focus will be on mental health linked to the agreement on stimulants to strengthen mental well-being and to improve cooperation for people who need interventions from several principals.
We have a focus in our design work to partly have our own processes that we adhere to and partly to support other ongoing processes within the county that we work with as we support working groups that have undergone one of our training courses in design.
Together with other development leaders in the field of Welfare and Public Health, system design is tested as a method in order to understand how the various parts of the system are connected and to identify where the challenges and opportunities are.
We get energy and inspiration by working together with our clients and by being close to each other in the team. In the team, we get support from colleagues and the opportunity to develop together. We live by the motto that we make each other better together and that we want to make a difference now and in the future with our clients and the residents of Örebro.
We hope you’ll join us on that journey!

Meritorious:
. Profiles or specializations in design, ethnography, anthropology, norm criticism, health science, behavioral science or organizational psychology.

But you don’t stop there, you are also eager to develop your design practice further. We work based on the design principles where learning through action is part of the work. We do this by testing and visualizing and at the same time involving the users in the process.
