Service Designer
Oh My
Do you want to be involved and contribute to projects and initiatives for a better society? Are you good at leading, facilitating and developing processes and collaborations based on a design-oriented way of working?
Oh My in Luleå is looking for an experienced service designer or innovation leader who wants to be part of a strategic, curious and innovative team.
You will do that:
-
Conduct market analysis and trend scouting to understand user behaviors and market trends and use this insight to shape concepts, products and services
-
Visually conceptualize, communicate and package results and strategies
-
Lead the design process from idea to implementation – this includes user research, prototype development, user testing and evaluation of results
-
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions that meet both the customer’s and Oh My’s needs
You must enjoy a workplace:
-
Where ideas and production go quickly
-
Where everyone is responsible for taking initiatives that develop us and our customers
-
Which is prestigeless and works with a wide range of customers, both in B2C and B2B
-
Which is Schysst™. Here we have (an upgraded) collective agreement, get 50 bucks in wage increases every time we train and encourage employee initiatives – the Fifa tournament Sergio Trophy, the anti-stress initiative Oh My Lika and an Oh My team in Tough Viking are just some of the projects which colleagues started.
About the service:
Full-time employment starting as soon as possible, or by agreement. Location Luleå or Skellefteå (of course, it is in Norr- and Västerbotten Sweden that innovation and development takes place).
