About the role
With us, you work in consulting assignments where you are involved all the way, from insight and needs analysis to development and implementation. You combine service design with a consulting approach and actively contribute to dialogue with customers about direction, priorities and solutions. You work both in team deliveries and in more independent assignments, where you help our customers understand their users, develop their services and make better decisions.
- Mapping customer journeys and service ecosystems
- Facilitate co-creation with customers and teams
- Develop and test new service concepts
- Contribute to dialogue about solutions, priorities and choices
- You may have a background in UX, service design, product design or innovation.
Your profile
You are a service designer who thrives in a consulting role and enjoys working closely with customers. You are curious about how people, organizations and technology are connected and used to translating insights into direction and real solutions.
We believe that you:
- Have experience in UX, service design, product design or innovation.
- Is confident in facilitating and leading dialogues with customers.
- Has a consulting approach and likes to create value in collaboration.
- Understands the connection between user needs, business and operations.
