About the role

As a Service Designer with us, you will work to clarify Kivra’s and our partners’ vision by analyzing and concretizing needs from idea generation to idea implementation. You are passionate about understanding the needs and expectations of partners/senders and carry out quantitative and qualitative research where your insight is translated into value-creating solutions for our users and partners. Your insights and proposed solutions are an important part of our initiatives to ensure that our corporate customers’ vision is realized.

You are used to leading the design process forward where a natural part of the work involves conducting workshops, leading and carrying out research and user studies, concept development and collaborating with various cross-functional teams, stakeholders and partners.

You are responsible for communicating, planning, leading, and following up on the work of introducing and implementing service design processes.

As a key person in our Design Team, you will contribute to creating the design culture at Kivra, which means that you will drive change.

You must also be a team player with a positive mindset. You do not hesitate to make necessary changes, dare to make tough decisions and are self-motivated. You will be a strategic partner to our Product Manager, PO, BO, define vision and strategy for customer experience. You will be part of our Design team and will report to our Head of Design and UX. You will collaborate with designers and developers, strengthen the design team and shape the future of a service used by millions of people.

Who are you?

You are a creative person with a talent for the visual who finds it easy to identify new approaches to develop your work. You are analytical and have a good ability to present new insights to teams, stakeholders and customers in a simple way.

You have experience working as a Service Designer and are happy to take ownership of the planning and management of various design processes. We therefore see that you are comfortable working with the entire design cycle, from idea generation to implementation. You also have experience in prototyping – you have an ability to tell a story and visualize complex ideas.

Your work is carried out in collaboration with primarily product development, but also the market, sales department and other stakeholders at Kivra.

You are comfortable being the “spider in the web”, able to handle the needs of different customers and become a natural point of contact for our partners. You are used to and comfortable handling the needs of different customers. A great team player with many design skills (even outside the design area). We want you to question and push boundaries to create better routines and experiences within the Service design area. You inspire those around you and are fearless in your approach. We also see that you, the applicant, speak fluent Swedish and English.
