About the role
As a Senior Service Designer, you will work closely with stakeholders, product and cross-functional teams to address consumer challenges and drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Be the owner of the customer journey and identify areas of improvement by increasing efficiency for our parcel and delivery processes.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including internal and external users, to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs.

Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gain insights into customer experiences.

Lead bigger cross-functional projects with a customer centric approach that will help our business grow.
About you
-
Proven experience for a minimum 5 years in Service Design or UX Research.

Strong portfolio showcasing your service design projects, including process documentation and outcomes.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Experience with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
