Senior Service Designer

Your profile (Must be required)
• Very good ability to communicate orally and in writing and to convey insights, suggestions and conclusions to decision-makers and larger groups.

• At least eight years of verifiable professional experience in service design, UX design or other comparable work with a clear user focus.

• Documented experience in leading and facilitating workshops and co-creation processes with operations, senior functions and cross-functional teams.

• Experience of in-depth analytical or research-oriented work linked to user experience, trust and comprehensibility in AI-based or automated solutions, proven through, for example, publication or conference contribution.

• Experience working with both strategic and implementation aspects of service design in organizations with high complexity.

• Practical experience in developing and using visualizations such as user journeys, service blueprints and mapping of ecosystems and dependencies.

• Well-developed ability to collect, analyze and compile user insights through methods such as interviews, user studies, workshops and co-creation work. Meritorious • Experience of design work in AI-related or data-driven services, of contributing to increased design maturity and changed working methods in organizations, of UX writing or work with tonality, language and comprehensibility in digital services and of work in large organizations with complex structure and many dependencies.
