Senior Service Designer

About the role

As a service designer with us, you are responsible for, among other things, mapping the customer’s needs and reality, visualizing and communicating customer insights and driving development and innovation work.

You will also train and coach our customers in involving users using service design, customer journeys, change management and continuous improvement work.

We are developing the design part of our business right now and you will have great opportunities to make your mark on that development.

Who are you?

You have good experience with research work/planning work, service design methodology and tools.

You are sensitive and include others through an educational and empathetic way of working.

You like to lead workshops and trainings of varying sizes and are used to being able to plan assignments/projects and adhere to deadlines and financial frameworks.

The fact that you have your own drive, like development, trying new things and have good analytical skills is an important part of you in order to thrive in the role.

If you have experience in business development, project management, follow-up research assignments, investigations, evaluations, market analyzes or similar, it is advantageous.

Qualifications

You have relevant academic education with an emphasis on behavior design/service design/change management/organizational development/innovation management/digital transformation or equivalent. Furthermore, we see that you:

• Had a leading role for at least 3 years in several service design projects
• Has a deep understanding of Design Thinking methods
• Has very good analytical skills
• Has experience in working with digital tools for visualization and documentation of customer and user needs
• Has experience in collaborating both with clients and with UX designers and developers in teams and projects for the creation of digital service experiences
