Service Designer

At LHH we are looking for a Service Designer. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, defining functional requirements, creating use case diagrams, and collaborating on user interface design.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:  Establish and maintain effective communication with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
• Defining Functional Requirements:  Translate conversations with the client into a detailed functional definition of the project. You will convert customer and business needs into innovative solutions.
• Creation of Use Case Diagrams:  Design and develop use case diagrams that describe user interactions with the system.
• UX/UI Design Collaboration : Collaborate with the design team in creating the user interface.
• Documentation:  Record and document all customer interactions and project functional requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, functional requirements gathering and understanding client needs.
• Knowledge of design tools such as FIGMA.
• Knowledge of design methodologies; service design, design thinking, system thinking, design futures.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience defining functional requirements is a plus.
