Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented Service Designer to join our team.
As a Service Designer you will be responsible for designing all potential Digital Business use cases. Your responsibility will be to create exceptional user experiences while designing and optimizing all aspects of our Digital Business.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling, customer-centric user experiences from initial phase to final implementation.
- Collaborate closely with research teams to anticipate business and customer needs and define innovative solutions.
- Create professional plans as a tool to visualize and communicate design solutions.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders, encourage idea generation, and make design-based decisions.
We work with large clients, leaders in their sector and with a high degree of digital maturity.
We want you to feel comfortable, so we encourage internal cohesion activities to feel more like a team.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic design and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Strong ability to collaborate with research teams to understand the needs of companies and clients.
- Mastery of user-centered design methodologies and tools, including the creation of professional plans.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead productive and creative workshops.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments, making effective decisions in changing situations.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, keeping up to date with the latest trends and practices in service design.
- Experience in designing fluid and attractive experiences for our users and customers throughout their interactions with digital platforms.
- Creation of intuitive and visually attractive digital interfaces that improve the user experience.
- Offline interfaces: Design cohesive and coherent experiences across all touchpoints, ensuring a fluid transition between online and offline interactions.
