What we are looking for is…
A Service Design expert with experience in qualitative research for high-impact digital and omnichannel projects.
A profile capable of designing user-centered strategies and discovering the needs and motivations of users and stakeholders and translating them into design proposals.
And specifically, this is what you will do:
- Design strategies for digital products and omnichannel experiences using agile methodologies and user-centered design practices.
- Participate in qualitative research processes from the definition of objectives (with interviews, usability tests…), analysis, synthesis and communication of results.
- Translate research results into actionable insights that inform the design of services, products, and experiences.
- Design and facilitate co-creation and strategic design workshops with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Mapping services, experiences and ecosystems (user journeys, service blueprints, business model canvas, value proposition canvas).
- Collaborate with design, product, technology, and business teams.
- Develop clear and persuasive design deliverables using visual and narrative materials (presentations, reports, experience maps, etc.).
For that, we need you to have…
- Experience in service design, design research or consulting, working on high-impact projects.
- Proficiency in qualitative research techniques (interviews, observation, focus groups, co-creation, usability testing) and analytical skills to turn data into insights.
- Experience in creating or improving digital services or products in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic and critical thinking, with sensitivity to balance user, business and technology needs.
And it would be great if…
- You are proficient in rapid prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Invision.
- You are fluent in English , both spoken and written.
