Roles & Responsibilities

Description

This position reports to the Managing Director, and involves day-to-day interfacing with staff and clients. PSYKHE is a customer experience design agency that is focused on serving clients in Asia through a high-caliber, high performing team. We have built a people-first culture with a commitment to investing in ongoing employee learning and development.

Responsibilities 

  1. Distill business requirements vision to solve problems for clients
  2. Work directly with clients and team members to conceptualise, ideate and develop iterative prototyping
  3. Use design thinking methodologies to frame, define, ideate and refine solutions for clients

Technical Skills and Competencies

  1. Gain experience with design thinking tools and human-centred design methodologies
  2. Facilitate innovation workshops and champion service design in the industry
  3. Presentation skills to gain buy in from key senior clients
