Description
This position reports to the Managing Director, and involves day-to-day interfacing with staff and clients. PSYKHE is a customer experience design agency that is focused on serving clients in Asia through a high-caliber, high performing team. We have built a people-first culture with a commitment to investing in ongoing employee learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Distill business requirements vision to solve problems for clients
- Work directly with clients and team members to conceptualise, ideate and develop iterative prototyping
- Use design thinking methodologies to frame, define, ideate and refine solutions for clients
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Gain experience with design thinking tools and human-centred design methodologies
- Facilitate innovation workshops and champion service design in the industry
- Presentation skills to gain buy in from key senior clients
